SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
For a warranty claim to be processed, the machine will have had to be registered with LVI/Binkley & Hurst LP when retailed to the customer.
All warranty claims over $300.00 total must have had prior approval by an LVI Warranty Administrator
All dealers must follow protocol in order to receive warranty reimbursement
A detailed dealer invoice for machine repairs must accompany the warranty claim form
Invoice must list all parts used for repairs, labor hours, labor cost per hour and total labor cost
All warranty replacement parts must be original LVI parts acquired through LVI/Binkley & Hurst LP. [Lubricating oil is exempt from this stipulation]
All parts listed on the warranty claim will be reimbursed to the dealer at “dealer cost” and not at “retail list” price.
Replacement parts shipping costs will not be reimbursed to the dealer.
LVI warranty will not pay costs of travel to or from the machine location or transporting the machine to the dealership for repairs or delivery back to the customer.
